How to be ready for a ¨remote Reiki session¨

To receive a ¨remote¨ Reiki treatment find a quiet time on your schedule.
At least 45 minutes without interruptions and calls.
You can play your favorite relaxing music and let a hint dim light.
Lie down facing up, and relax the body.
Focus your mind on your breath and watch the air flowing in and out. 
Just observe it without forcing the breath.
Keep an open attitude towards the "remote" Reiki session you are going to receive.
If at the end of the session or during the session you would fall asleep, do not worry and allow yourself to have a deep and restorative rest.
Reiki receivers, often like to get several sessions of "remote" Reiki on a row and, to do so,
we offer better rates as shown in the following table.
