How to be ready for an ¨at a distance Reiki session¨

To receive an ¨at a distance¨ Reiki treatment find a quiet time on your schedule.
At least 45 minutes without interruptions and calls.
You can play your favourite relaxing music and let a hint dim light.
Lie down and relax the body.
Focus your mind on your breath and watch the air flowing in and out. 
Just observe it without forcing the breath .
Keep an open attitude towards the Reiki at ¨at a distance¨ session you are going to receive.
If at the end of the session or during the session you would fall asleep, do not worry and 
permit yourself to have a deep and restorative rest.
Often pacients like to receive several sessions of Reiki at ¨at distance¨on a row and to do so,
